With a friend alongside, I wandered into Oxford for a day — a city steeped in scholarship, where every cobbled street and spired college seems to hum with centuries of learning. As an English literature enthusiast, there was a quiet thrill in simply being surrounded by such hallowed ground. We punted lazily along the stream, walked through storied quadrangles, and traced the footsteps of countless students — even stumbling upon corners made famous in Harry Potter’s world of magic.

The journey carried us onward to Eton, its halls echoing with the weight of tradition, before culminating at the grandeur of Windsor Castle — a fortress and home, emblematic of Britain’s enduring pageantry.
