Nestled in the tranquil hills of Kumaon, Uttarakhand, Dhanachuli became the perfect backdrop for a memorable father-son getaway. Sharing a love for winter and the invigorating chill of the mountains, we set off in search of crisp air, warm sunlight, and the serene quiet only the Himalayas can offer.

Dhanachuli welcomed us with its breathtaking views of snow-dusted peaks, clear blue skies, and the gentle rhythm of village life. The days were bright and golden, the kind of sunshine that warms your skin but lets the cool mountain breeze dance through your hair. Each morning began with steaming cups of chai and hearty, fresh mountain food—simple, wholesome, and deeply satisfying.
